Employee Benefits
- 401(k) Match
All employees are entitled to 6% elective 401(k) matching. Borden Defense will match 100% of your contributions to the company-sponsored 401(k) plan up to 6% of the employee’s salary. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan regardless of their employment category (full-time salaried/part-time hourly/salaried), and therefore eligible to receive full company matching.
Tuition Assistance
All full-time salaried employees are eligible to receive annual tuition assistance in the amount of $10,000 per calendar year.
Holidays
All full-time salaried employees are provided 11 paid holidays a year to include New Year’s Day, Marin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In the unlikely event that an employee is required to report to work on a scheduled holiday, they will receive an additional day of PTO to use as a floating holiday.
